We ship authentic sarees and accessories with care, using trusted courier partners. Below you’ll find dispatch timelines, delivery estimates, and what to expect after you place an order.
Order processing & dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During high-volume periods (sale launches / festive season), processing may take up to 4–5 business days.
- If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together or in separate packages depending on availability.
Delivery timelines (estimates)
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Non-metro / Tier 2–3: 3–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote / special zones: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, local restrictions, or courier network constraints.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping may be offered on select orders or during campaigns.
Tracking your order
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email / SMS (where available).
- Tracking updates can take 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Address & delivery instructions
- Please ensure your address, pin code, and phone number are correct at checkout.
- If you need to update the address, contact us immediately—changes are only possible before dispatch.
- For apartments/complexes, add landmark, tower, and gate details to avoid delivery delays.
Delays, failed deliveries & RTO
- If a courier attempts delivery and is unable to deliver due to incorrect address/phone or unavailability, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
- For RTO cases, reshipment may attract additional shipping charges.
