Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you with an exchange or return as per the policy below.
Eligibility
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Any sign of wear, damage, perfume, stains, or alterations may make the item ineligible.
Non-returnable items
- Custom-stitched / altered / made-to-order items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
- Final sale / clearance items (where marked).
- Free gifts or promotional add-ons (if applicable).
Exchange options
- Size/style exchange: exchange for another product of equal or higher value (pay the difference).
- Store credit: if you prefer, we can issue store credit (validity if any will be shown at issuance).
Refunds
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
- Refund processing time: typically 5–10 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
- Shipping charges (if paid) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged / incorrect / missing items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share unboxing photos/video and the order number so we can assist quickly.
How to raise a request
- Email hello@akarssini.com with your order ID and reason.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup/return instructions.
- Once received, the product goes through a quality check. After approval, exchange / credit / refund is processed.
